And looking for an exotic rooftop restaurant where you can enjoy great food? Then your wait is finally over.Located along with a bunch of exotic rooftops Dikhawa dhaba is an absolute beast when you talk about ambience. The rooftop gives you a feel of a virtual dhaba and tries to blend the the Indian dhaba feel with the rooftop vibe.
Here is what I tried
Started with a few beverages ,were good and gave us a cooling refreshment in the buzzing heatwave going on .The breeze though was excellent and cooled the environment further.
For starters I tried the Aloo papdi chaat,Tandoori malai broccoli, bharwan kumb, sikandari and Akbari panner tikka and tandoori Bhuna Aloo and Tandoori fal .The papdi chaat was yummy and gave me the feeling as if I was having a chaat in the famous streets of delhi. The tandoori malai Brocolli was cooked perfectly with just the right margination ,I thoroughly enjoyed the broccoli. As usual the paneer was crispy and the margination wzas perfect ,I judge vegetarian restaurants by rthe paneer they serve. So a positive judgement for the paneer at Dikhawa Dhaba. The Tandoori fal majorly consisted of apple and was a different starter to try for .The Bhuna Aloo was good but not my favorite .
Along with these I also tried the delicious tomato shorba,it was an amazing addition to the crunch and delicious starters .
For the main course we tried another paneer made vegetable called paneer lababadar which was medium spicy in taste .Along with the sabzi we tried the authentic dal makhni which was satisfying and Soothing.
Tried the dal bhati churma which failed to impress the nli low point of our grand meal .
However to end the dinner on a high the angoori rasmalai totally stole the show .After an exotic meal a glass of buttermilk would do no harm isn’t it ?
Dikhawa Dhaba is a vegetarian place where you can be with your family, friends , collegeous or your special one ,the ambience is absolutely stunning , don’t miss out on the sunset !
An experience to remember and recommend .
