Great stories and out of the box ideas are not planed or scripted ,they spawn out at a random place when you are often not thinking about it .It can be a simple conversation in a cafe or a a street.
To add to the thinking and refreshing concept Pune gets its first ever cafe cum co-working space cum bar in a five-star hotel! Located on the 1st Floor to make a very good first impression and adding to the First class ambience and food of Four points by Sheraton this one will create not only encourage you to right your first story but also give you great memories.
Coming to the ambience this place is huge with a bar in the center and trippy wallart on the walls .The Dj console is in one area and the seating is huge .It is a mixture of classy and sexy.
As soon as you enter you can see a portion separating the areas.The right side boast’s of coffee and desserts while the left on gives us tipsy feel of amazing drinks.
The food here is exclusively prepared by the chef keeping in mind the taste for all kinds of people Here is what I tried
Started with the ice tea which was good in taste and not sweet .
Next up was the turn of the Canape Chana Chat.A tasty filling with a appealing presentation .Unlike other five star places which mess up the ‘Chaat’ this one was very good .
To continue with one of the popular street foods ‘Momos’ was presented in a different yet subtle way .The taste was good and the filling was apt .Loved this one .It was called Tandoori Vegetables Momo .
Pindi Chole Tacos was a wonderful dish which had a strong presence of a herb,I guess cinamon .It made the overall taste different and enticing .
Often Non vegetarians boast about the seekh kebabs they have .But here is a smashing non-veg killer , Nadru ke Seekh was very yummy with a taste which would make you eat it more and more .A recommended dish here.
Kachori with Ghugni -The ghugni was a more of a ragda as they say in marathi dominated dish with a kachori popping out.Would love to try it on a street ,but a great effort to get us closer to the taste of street foods .
Linguini Makhani Gravy and Amritsari Paneer Bhurji- this was the main course I tried and it was wonderful in taste and quality . The dal makhni was smooky and the paneer in the paneer bhurji was fresh .The roti was wonderful and loved the dishes .
It was time for desserts and we had a treat . Motichoor Rabdi Parfait was the first dessert we tried ,it looked gorgeous and tasted sweet .Infused with motichur inside the taste was wonderful.
The showstopper for the evening was Rasmalai Tres Leche ,The taste was immaculate with drooling flavor.The rasmalai was so good that it kept me craving for more and more .
I had a great experience at First Story in Four Points by Sheraton,The food was wonderful coupled with great music and top notch ambience.Starting a new trend of co-working spaces this ones a sure gem of an addition to the growing wants of working professionals who are tired of sitting in the office .
