Mad House Grill with Moonshine Meadery

Mad House Grill

Before talking about Mad house Grill .I would like to brief you about Moonshine Meadery.

What is a Mead?

Mead is an alcoholic beverage created by fermenting honey with various fruits and spices. It is the oldest fermented beverage known to man with evidence dating to 7000 BC. Meads have been present in various cultures through the ages – the Vikings drank it before battle, ancient Indian texts mentioned it and Greek and Roman historians have discussed it. There have also been numerous references in literature, from Shakespeare and Lord of the Rings to Harry Potter and even Game of Thrones. The last decade has seen a resurgence that has taken this versatile archaic drink out of history and into the limelight as the fastest growing craft beverage in the world.

My favorite mead was the coffee one ,followed by the Chilli Gauva, traditional mead and then the apple cyder .

The Mead unlike beer slowly makes its way to you and get you rolling after some time .I personally loved meads by moonshine and would definitely give it many more tries .

Mad House Grill is where we got an amazing opportunity to try these meads ,wonder why this Steak house is called Mad House ,I think it because of the wonderful Food this house offers which literally makes you mad 😀 in a good way (giggles).

Being a vegetarian I was very hesitant to come to a Steak house to eat food ,but my overall experience gives a different picture all together .

I first tried the Hummus and Pita .Often tried as a appetizer most of the times the hummus was very well cooked and with the mead set the mood for the evening right.

Hummus and Pita

I tasted all the vegetarian appetizers and tried the Veg Stack in Main course .The taste and quality was very good .The presentation and quantity served was exceptional .

In desserts I tried a few options and loved them all .

You can visit Mad house Grill irrespective of it being a Steakhouse(for the vegetarians) and it is surely a heavenly place for all the non vegetarians.

So Get going,visit soon.
